I am very disappointed with the delivery services. On the website, it shows two days of delivery timings but I got it after five days. I bought a Rolex Watch from Amazon and just after a few days of use, it suddenly stopped working. I really got disappointed as it was a precious gift for my husband. I called Amazon customer service to provide the claim for the product but they denied it instantly. Then, they suggested going to their service center to make it fix. I went to the nearest service center with the watch and ask for a replacement as it was in the guarantee period. But, they refused the same and told me that they will repair it. After waiting for two hours, they repaired it and handover to me. I will not suggest purchasing the products from Amazon as you will never know which product will be of poor quality.
