I recently bought something from Havells India Ltd., and I have to tell that I was quite dissatisfied with the whole thing. My purchase was of terrible quality and did not perform as promised. I attempted to contact their customer support, but was faced by unhelpful, unresponsive, and unable to offer a satisfactory response personnel. Additionally, it didn't appear like the problems I was having were covered by the product's warranty. Overall, my experience with my purchase from Havells India Ltd. left me feeling disappointed and unsatisfied. I would advise folks to exercise cautious while buying anything from this company.

Geyser with amazing features and look

I bought a geyser from Havells which is working fine after one year of use. The water boils within a few minutes and it also has a temperature-adjusting feature. The appearance of the geyser is modern which pleases my eyes. Due to its modern look, it takes minimum wall space. I am really happy to buy it from Havells and surely suggest others to use its products.

I decided to purchase a geyser and one of my friends suggested to purchase it from Havells. I never used Havells appliances before, but I purchased them at my friend’s suggestion. After using it for a few days, it stopped working. I called Havells’ service center but they didn’t pick up my phone calls. Then I visited their service center in person to book the complaint and faced too much inconvenience. Their customer services are very poor as they did not attend to me as well as other customers at their service center store. So, I will not recommend Havells to anyone

My personal experience of purchasing products from Havells is quite good. I never got disappointed with its products. I purchased a refrigerator “Frost Free Refrigerator 276L” from Amazon that was delivered on time. The features of this refrigerator were the same as mentioned in the product’s description. Its energy-saving efficiency is very high that relieved me to not worrying about higher electricity load. The most special feature of this refrigerator is that it has WiFi connectivity. Ultimately, I am satisfied with the product and will recommend others to use this product.

I was planning to purchase a ceiling fan for a very long time but cannot able to find a suitable fan for me. Then I got to know about 'Crompton Energion HS 1200 mm' of Havells. I checked its features and found that it has 5 years warranty with so many attractive features. I was only searching for white color with a simple appearance and found it the exact same. It is working still fine even after 2 whole years.

I had bought havells mixer grinder online from their site. After just a day of usage I notice that there are cracks developed in the body of the mixer grinder. When I raised complain regarding this and asked for replacement first they rejected the request, and after a lot of arguments they finally said they will send someone for pickup. But even after a week there was no sign of their pick up guy.

I purchased a water heater of 3 L White ( 3000 W ) in an oval shape. After using it for 3 months, I face not a single problem in the product.
