I booked oyo on my trip to Amritsar. The check in time mentioned on the hotel was 2PM. When I arrived hotel and tried to check in on 1 PM, they refused our request.

My experience with Oyo's weddingz have been delightful. We got great banquet halls at a reasonable price and they also provided us with different service providers for the wedding like make-up artists, dj, flower vendors etc.

When I went Delhi for few days, I booked an Oyo room for lodging purpose. While booking only I have told them about my expected check-in timing, but when I visited the Oyo room I have to wait for half an hour as they had allotted my room to someone else. The water from the AC was leaking and there were mosquitoes everywhere. Never booking through Oyo again.

Few months back i had a trip to shimla with my family and i got my room booked via OYO rooms. I must say they people offer amazing hospitality. They have clean, hygienic and comfortable rooms with many other good services.

OYO rooms were fine earlier but now it has become overrated. The rooms are not clean they are just cheaper in prices. They must maintain quality otherwise there end will be soon.
