Pathetic customer service

I bought a Rolex Watch from Fastrack online. Just after a few days of using it, suddenly it stopped working. I really got embarrassed as it was a precious gift from my husband. I went to the nearest service center. The staff members were very unprofessional and no one was ready to serve the customers. I waited there for 2 hours and came back with my watch. I got disappointed with their customer service. I also called on customer service number and asked for a replacement of the watch. They agreed on the same and told me that they will pick up my watch in two days. They never appeared at my place for the pickup.
