I rented a flat and was looking for a truthful movers and packers who are capable enough to relocate my precious belongings from one place to another and that too with utmost safety. I had a long discussion regarding my moving plan with my friends, relatives and colleagues, everyone recommended me to hire a moving expert, the one who can easily take charge and handle all the responsibilities associated with a move. I started the research process by surfing through numerous web portals and decided to shortlist 2-3 companies among the top moving professionals in the industry. I visited the official website of each company, read the reviews on various social media and other platforms and after examining company’s reputation in the market I finally chose three best moving professionals out of them. Though it was very difficult for me to choose one amongst them but still managed to do it on the basis of the prices charged. I asked for the price quotes from each company and booked one within my budget window. I called the concerned movers and discussed my relocating needs and requirements with them, on its basis they arranged a pre move survey to examine the size of consignment that I was actually willing to relocate to another place. Later a surveyor came at my residence, resolved all my queries and told me some additional tips that really helped me with my move. The movers were properly dressed in their uniforms along with the id cards with their company’s logo present for identification purposes, I was really impressed and confident about my selection of movers. They bought varied packing material such as big boxes, tapes, cardboards, bubble sheets and some tools to pack my stuff. Their team efficiently packed all my articles in an innovative way ensuring extreme safety. I was present there supervising the whole process starting, from packing to loading everything was done proficiently and I was so sure that my goods will definitely reach intact to the destination. Days passed and I was eagerly waiting for my stuff to get transferred at my new residence, though I was constantly in touch with the movers and getting proper updates for about my consignment I was still afraid about its protection. And finally the delivery day arrived, I got a call from them in the morning to ensure whether I am available at my home or not. I was in the office at that time and gave them a suitable time so that I could supervise the unloading part too. I agreed and confirmed the timings, they arrived on the prescribed time and their staff unloaded my goods carefully. I didn’t opted for the unpacking services because I wanted to arrange my goods on my own so the movers left soon after they completed their task and now it was my chance to complete the things left. There were ample of boxes to be unpacked so I started the process soon and opened the boxes one by one, the cloths, books, other miscellaneous articles were in perfect condition but when I opened the crockery box, the plates and glasses were broken. It was an expensive and imported set of crockery and finding it in such a pathetic condition gave me goose bumps, I was bursting out of anger I really wanted to kill them at that point of time. All the promises they made at the time of booking were circulating in my mind I decided to call them and ask about the negligence occurred. I continuously called them ten times in a row and finally they received my eleventh phone call. I shouted on them like hell and told them about the whole scenario. They asked my goods consignment number along with other necessary details and promised to take the necessary action regarding the same. I was waiting for their reply but two days passed they didn’t replied. I left so many mails, texts to the appointed move manager letters but nobody responded everybody was just asking me to relax and wait. They were continuously asking me to relax because such things take time but I was being so impulsive at that time. I was so stressed therefore I decided to meet one of my friends.
